About Our Fundraising
AGS raises funds to support the development of a represented participation system for Autistic golfers in the UK. Donations contribute to the early build phase: establishing the pilot, developing the access and venue certification model, enabling the coaching pathway, and covering the operational costs of a CIC that is building toward self-sustaining operation.
AGS does not fundraise for a specific appeal with a fixed target. Donations are unrestricted and applied to AGS’s community interest objectives as a whole. If AGS launches a specific appeal in future, the purpose and use of funds will be stated clearly at that point, including what happens if the target is not met or is exceeded.
AGS fund-raises only through this dedicated donation platform. We do not conduct door-to-door collections, telephone appeals, or street fundraising.
Autistic Golf Society CIC is a community interest company registered in England and Wales. It is not a registered charity and is not registered with the Charity Commission. Donations to AGS are not eligible for Gift Aid.

The CIC structure means all surplus revenue is reinvested into AGS’s community purpose. It is not distributed to directors. The asset lock built into the CIC form protects this.

Donations
How to Donate
Donations can be either per bank transfer or card payment.
Card payments are processed securely through the payments page using Stripe. You can make a single donation via bank payment or set up a recurring contribution.
To donate, follow the instructions on the support page. You will receive a confirmation to the email address you provide. Your donation is applied to AGS’s general community interest activities.
Personal data you provide during the donation process, including your name, email address, and donation amount, is held securely and used only to process your donation and communicate with you about it. It is not sold or shared with third parties. The full Privacy Policy is available here.
Processing Fees
Payments made through this site are processed by Stripe.
Please be aware that fees get deducted by Stripe’s processing charges. The full amount of your donation reaches AGS minus the corresponding Stripe fee.
The fee is 1.5% plus 20p per transaction for UK cards and 2.5% plus 20p for European cards. Link to Stripe website.
Refunds
Donations to AGS are voluntary and generally not refundable once processed except in exceptional circumstances. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact offic3@autisticgolfsociety.org as soon as possible. Each request is considered individually and handled fairly.
Note that Stripe’s processing fee is not recoverable from Stripe on a refunded payment. Where a refund is agreed, AGS refunds the donated amount. The processing fee element is not returned.
AGS reserves the right to decline or return a donation where it considers this appropriate, including where there is reason to question the source or purpose of funds. Any such decision is documented.
