PAR Q, Participant, and Session Records

Last Updated: 15.08.2026

Information submitted through an AGS PAR Q is used for the purpose of preparing for and supporting participation in AGS activities.

A PAR Q will remain current for a maximum of two years. Before the end of that period, AGS may contact the participant and request an updated PAR Q. Where an updated PAR Q is provided, the new information will become the current participation record.

If an updated PAR Q is not provided, the expired PAR Q information will be deleted.

Participant directory records and session records are maintained separately from PAR Q information. These records are retained for five years from the date each record is created for the purposes of AGS administration, organisational accountability, and potential compliance checks.

At the end of the applicable retention period, personal information that is no longer required will be deleted.
